This system is used in hospitals, clinics, treatment centers, nursing homes, homes for the elderly, and all medical service delivery centers through an audible and visual alert at the location of the nursing staff, which ensures the speed of response to the patient’s request and provides fast and distinguished service to patients that ensures the preservation of their health.

The system is easy to use for all patients and allows emergency cases to be requested from inside patient rooms through call units beside the patient’s bed and also inside the bathrooms, and it can be used for more than one patient within the same room.  And the room has a key to cancel the summons or emergency request, and outside the room there is also a light indicator showing the status of the summons request.

Main Control Panel:

The main panel is installed at the reception and has an indication lamp that shows red lights on the patient’s request for emergency and the panel outputs a sound to alert the reception nurse to the presence of a request from one of the patients in one of the rooms or bathrooms. The panel is equipped with a button to disconnect the alarm without canceling the light source

Call / Reset Unit Attendance
When the patient requests an emergency, the board guides the reception nurse on the room number, and a red lamp lights up on the door of the patient’s room calling the nursing, and in the presence of the nurse to the room, she cancels the request from the cancellation unit.
